The food from the restaurant was delicious and service was great. Ceasar, a very nice young man on the staff, was extremely helpful in finding me an umbrella and lounge for the beach, which he very cheerfully brought down to the beach for me.
We really enjoyed the ocean view and the swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon at the hotel. The bus service was right in front of the hotel and very handy. Love this location just a few miles south of the romantic zone so that it's quiet but just a quick bus ride to all the hubbub of PV. The semi-enclosed Rock lagoon makes snorkeling safe for even little swimmers. This all-suite hotel is in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on Banderas Bay.
The room that we stayed in was exactly as advertised.
We were amazed at how large the one bedroom unit was, true comfort for sure.
Participation in the program requires meeting a specific set of criteria and takes feedback from previous guests into account. We had an amazing dinner and our waiter Jorge was way above expectations. We were all greater like family on our return stay. The staff phenomenal, From Front desk, Porters, Housekeeping, Waiters and the Chef !!! Looking straight out you'd swear you were on a cruise ship the water was so vast. We're buying a house where the main bathroom has pink floor tile and fixtures, pink and gray wallpaper, and lots of gray wall tile (halfway up the wall all around and all the way to the ceiling around the tub). The tub even has the glass doors etched with swans and cattails.Viviana Porcelain paint is a great way to spruce up tired, out-dated porcelain (tubs and sinks). You can buy porcelain paint at home centers, and one kit goes for about .
